AVI MPEG WMV Joiner is a great program that brings two options together: create videos from photos, and join two video files.

AVI MPEG WMV Joiner on the one hand can create a video file in the format you want from the various ones it has (VCD, SVCD, DVD, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2) from various photos in BMP, JPG or GIF formats. Also, with each photo you want to create the video with you can choose its presentation effect during the video playback from among various available in the program, the time in second that each photo is shown, and the length of its effect.

On the other hand this program also has a video fusion function, letting you choose the videos in AVI, MPEG, MPG, ASF or WMV formats you want, to fuse them later into only one.
